As I have told you before, I just started my skincare journey. One reason is that I am too lazy to apply lotions, creams and serums(before). I just wash my face before I go to bed and I thought that’s enough. But it’s not! As we are exposed to sun everyday it causes fine lines, wrinkles and sagging on our face. And also it is caused by ageing, we can’t stop it right?But we can reduce the appearance of those flaws. Of course we need to have healthy lifestyle – eat right, get a lot of sleep, drink lots of water, exercise and do extra effort. What do I mean with extra effort? Hmmm doing things that we don’t like doing for the sake of beauty haha! :)
#MicsThoughts: I was excited when Skinbliss sent me some of their products for me to try. I read that they are an Awardee of National Customers’ Choice Annual Award for 2015. As a newbie in the world of skincare, sometimes I have doubts on trying some products as it may cause me harm, lalo na sa face nakakatakot! So reading some of their achievements in the (beauty) industry makes me feel safe.

Product Description: Aloe is the ultimate skin treatment. Rose stimulates the skin while moisturizing and hydrating, boosting all skin types and being particularly beneficial to dry mature and sensitive skin. I got Night(Nighty Nighty) and Day(Wakey Wakey) Creams. They come in a white plastic containers. For sure hindi na ako malilito, which one is to be used on morning and evening because of their names and colors. Both creams are 15g, Wakey Wakey has Collagen and Vit. C. While Nighty Nighty has Aloe Vera and Rose. I am really not into creams. Aside form my laziness, I usually get little bumps on my forehead when I use one. But I don’t want these creams to go to waste so I decided to give them a try. The daycrream has SPF100 which gives me more reason to apply this every morning hehe! I like using bb creams/foundations that has SPF so I can skip my sunblock! I tried wearing it under foundation and it doesn’t feel heavy, just make sure to let it dry before applying your foundation or bb creams. I was in a hurry one time that I applied my foundation right after my daycream and I had difficulty on blending it so let your skin absorb the cream first. The daycream looks like an avocado shake, green in color and I am sorry but I just can’t describe how it smells, but it’s pleasant. However the nightcream is light pink in color and smells like Vicks to me haha, I am weird :s hahaha!! I like that both creams are not malagkit even when I sweat.
I have been using both for more than a month now and I didn’t get any breakouts or irritations yey! :D I conceal my under eye area but then I just apply my daycream as it gives powder finish. I am not using foundations unless I would go out for long hours. I can say that I feel more comfortable with my skin now than before. However I got pimples when I had my period so you better use an anti-acne soap if you are acne prone. I also use nose strips at least one week for my blackheads on my nose. Still, I would continue to use these creams as they make my skin softer, non-greasy and hydrated. A litle goes along way also, I think I consumed only 1/3 of it for the last month. As we all know, collagen helps our skin maintain its elasticity, using these kind of creams may help but it would take time. I am on my mid-20’s and as of now I am not yet bothered with my wrinkles and fine lines (maybe next year haha), so I was satisfied with what I got from this product. Since I have been using this, I like the way my skin feels and how it looks. My face appears to be more glowing haha! When I wake up in the morning, my face is not that oily, just the right amount of shine that makes my skin look fresh and so healthy!
