October! Time really flies so fast, can’t believe we’re on ber-months already! And that being said, I realized it’s been 6
months since I visited a salon for a haircut.
Who wouldn’t
want beautiful hair? I know all of us do. And I know girls will do anything for
that but personally, I seldom go to salons for a treatment because I can’t
spend couple of hours sitting there and just staring myself at the mirror while getting
my hair done. But at the same time I don’t want to take my hair for granted, after all the damages I’ve done to it?! :p And because of that I am thankful for
hair treatment products that I can use at home! :)

Have you
seen my DIY Hot Oil video? I also have a blog post of it where I used a P21.00 hair treatment and it worked well. It took me half an hour to do it since I
should let the product stay on my hair for about 20 minutes. But still, if you
can’t spend 20 minutes for your hair care treatment then this product may be
the one for you.

I
substituted 1 Minute Hair Smoothing Cream with my daily conditioner. I
personally like how it smells, it reminds me of almond
jelly dessert that I usually eat on Chinese restaurants. :) It is not over powering and
the scent lingers on my hair the whole day! The texture is thick and easy to
spread on hair. It rinses off easily too
and it does not leave a residue that causes dandruff.
Plus it gives no irritation/breakouts on my chest and forehead. The first time I used this, I
applied a generous amount onto my hair and scalp and saw an immediate result on
me. My hair became straighter. If you are a type of person who likes her long
hair to be super soft and straight, you’ll love this. However, I feel that it
weighs my hair down and I am not comfortable with that. So the next morning, I
chose to apply the product only to the middle part of my hair down to the tips.
I did not apply it on my roots because I don’t want to flatten that area.

I also
like the fact that the expiry date is printed at the bottom of the packaging.
Speaking of the packaging, this 150g cream comes in a plastic triangle container.
Though personally I was hoping that the packaging would be more handy, ‘cause
this one is kinda bulky. :p
Aside
from the packaging, I have nothing to say against 1 Minute Hair Smoothing
Cream. It does its job by making my stubborn hair silky and smooth. You can kiss your
hair polish goodbye as this one makes your hair shiny right after your first
wash. It also made my hair color vibrant. And oh, frizz
and tangles were lessened. I can easily run fingers through my hair eye! This
product is ideal for damaged hair as it will make your hair look and feel
healthy again and this is perfect for busy bees like me as it would only take a
minute to strengthen and moisturize your hair! <3
