My friends always ask me what are the whitening products that I use. To be honest, yes I use whitening soaps and lotions but I don't use them regularly. Sometimes I use them for a week or I just finish the whole bottle/bar and that's it. They keep on telling me that my skin looks lighter everytime they see me.

Though I don't use whitening soap everyday, I think one thing that helps me maintain my fair complexion is I exfoliating regularly.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Looks like powdered milk with salt huh? Nature Essentials Skin Confindence Milk Salt Scrub contains micro beads. What I like to do is scrub it on my wet skin then I gently rub it and let it melt on me for few minutes.

I like how soft my skin feels every after scrub. I use this one-twice a week. Just a little reminder, the crystals of Skin Confidence Milk Salt Scrub may be super tiny but it's rough enough to strip dead skin cells so be gentle especially on thin and sensitive areas. I use it on my face but I scrub it with a light hand and I don't use it on open wounds because I'm sure it would surely hurt.

The only downside of this scrub is I have the tendency to skip my glass of  milk at night because the milky scent lingers on my skin as I lay down on my room. It makes me feel relaxed and sleepy right after bath! And I wake up to a radiant and youthful looking skin. :)
